Customers are eligible for a refund on classes or retail products within 2 days from the date of purchase. Beyond this period, refunds may not be issued. You may use your class purchase for up to a year and may reschedule once in the year after the initial scheduled class or lesson.

Eligibility for Refund:

Refunds are applicable only to purchases made directly through the Asempe Kitchen website.

Products or services eligible for refunds must be returned in their original condition, undamaged, and unused.

Refunds are subject to approval and may be granted at the discretion of the owner.
